Parliament sent a congratulatory letter to President Ilham Aliyev
on his birthday, Trend reports.
The Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament, Sahiba Gafarova, made
this proposal at today's plenary session of the Parliament.
The proposal was accepted with applause.
