BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 22. The
implementation of an amnesty act has commenced at the Baku
Pre-trial Detention Facility within an amnesty program, introduced by President of the
Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in commemoration of the Year of
the Constitution and Sovereignty, Trend reports.
As many as 12 male prisoners will be released from the
facility.
They will be released from the unserved portion of their
sentences.
