Russia ranks fifth among the countries that Turkish residents consider friendly, with 38.4% of respondents describing Moscow as a friend of Türkiye, according to a survey by ASAL Araştırma.
The survey results showed that Azerbaijan topped the ranking with 56.5%, followed by Japan at 50.2%, China at 48% and Italy at 46.7, Russian media reports.
Israel was identified as the country viewed as most unfriendly, with 84% of respondents naming it, followed by the United States at 70.5%.
Greece was also included among the countries perceived as unfriendly by 66.6% of respondents, while France was named by 58.5%.
