President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan has arrived at the Yrys Ordo Congress Hall in Bishkek to attend a meeting in the SCO Plus format.
Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov welcomed Aliyev at the venue, Azertag reports.
