ADEX, Azerbaijan's national brand, will use the fifth pavilion of the Baku Expo Centre for the first time in its history this year, the organising committee has said.

It noted that the launch of the fifth pavilion is not simply an expansion of exhibition space, but also reflects ADEX's growing reputation, strengthening position in the international defence industry and rising interest in the event, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.

More than 200 companies from over 20 countries have so far confirmed their participation in ADEX 2026, highlighting the strong international interest in the exhibition.

The 6th Azerbaijan International Defence Exhibition, ADEX, will be held at the Baku Expo Centre from September 30 through October 2. It is one of the most prominent international events in the defence industry, the largest specialised exhibition of its kind in the Caucasus region and a major platform for military-technical cooperation.

Since the exhibition's early years, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's visits to ADEX and his messages of greeting to participants and guests have demonstrated the high level of state attention given to the event. This also reflects the confidence in the exhibition and confirms its status as Azerbaijan's internationally recognised national brand.

ADEX is initiated and organised by Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defence Industry, with the support of the Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijan. Caspian Event Organisers is the exhibition's organiser.

Among the traditional international participants of ADEX 2026 are Türkiye's ROKETSAN, the event's general sponsor, as well as ASELSAN Elektronik San. ve Tic. A.Ş., BAYKAR, Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI) and HAVELSAN Elektronik San. ve Tic. A.Ş.

Other participants include Leonardo from Italy, Excalibur Army SPOL S.R.O from the Czech Republic, EDGE Group from the United Arab Emirates and INDRA from Spain.

In addition to individual companies, several countries will participate in ADEX 2026 with national pavilions. Belarus, the Czech Republic, Italy, Türkiye and Slovakia will again be represented by national exhibitions, showcasing their defence industry products and technological solutions.

The capabilities and technological potential of Azerbaijan's defence industry will also be presented extensively to an international audience at ADEX 2026.
