Trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Georgia rose 43.8% year-on-year to $668.5 million in January-July 2026, Azerbaijan’s State Customs Committee said.


Azerbaijan’s exports to Georgia increased 50.8% to $576.7 million, while imports from Georgia rose 11.5% to $91.8 million, Caliber.Az reports via local media.


Trade with Georgia accounted for 2.2% of Azerbaijan’s total foreign trade during the period, with exports to Georgia making up 2.9% of total exports and imports from Georgia accounting for 0.9% of total imports.


Azerbaijan’s overall foreign trade turnover reached $29.216 billion in January-July, up 1.3% from the same period a year earlier.


Exports rose 27% to $19.336 billion, while imports fell 27.4% to $9.881 billion.
