The price of October Brent crude futures fell below $90 a barrel on the London-based ICE exchange on August 25, reaching its lowest level since August 17, 2026, according to trading data.


At 12:58, Brent was down 2.39% at $89.97 a barrel. By 13:14, the decline had edged up to 2.4%, with the benchmark trading at $89.96 a barrel, Russian media reports.


Meanwhile, September WTI crude futures fell 2.53% to $82.86 a barrel.
