Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has received a delegation from the US House of Representatives comprising Congressmen Jason Smith, Greg Murphy, Ronny Jackson and Edward Case.
According to the Uzbek president’s press service, the meeting focused on strengthening the strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and the United States, developing interparliamentary ties and expanding trade and economic cooperation.
The sides also discussed expanding joint projects in various sectors.
They exchanged views on current regional and international issues.
