President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and his Uzbek counterpart Shavkat Mirziyoyev laid the foundation of Azerbaijan Park in New Tashkent on August 23.
As Report’s correspondent reports from Tashkent, the park will feature a public space reflecting Azerbaijan’s rich culture, centuries-old history, and traditions. The park will play an important role in further bringing the brotherly peoples of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan closer together.
The establishment of Uzbekistan Park in Baku and Azerbaijan Park in New Tashkent will serve as another symbol of the centuries-old friendship, mutual respect, and cultural affinity between the peoples of the two countries, as well as the strong and dynamically developing relations between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan.
