Russian forces struck tanks containing fuel and lubricants intended for the Ukrainian Armed Forces at the port of Chornomorsk, the Russian Defence Ministry announced.
The ministry also said that a dry cargo vessel carrying military equipment was struck in the Black Sea waters southeast of Odesa, Caliber.Az reports.
According to the ministry, the strikes were carried out on August 18 and 19.
