Türkiye has sent 15.6 tons of essential medicines and medical supplies to Lebanon amid the country’s worsening humanitarian crisis, Health Minister Kemal Memişoğlu announced.
The aid shipment departed from Mersin port aboard a military vessel to support Lebanon’s overstretched healthcare facilities, Caliber.Az reports.
“Türkiye stands with the people of Lebanon,” Memişoğlu said, reaffirming Ankara’s commitment to supporting brotherly nations.
