BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 14. The Memorandum of
Understanding on cooperation in the field of statistics between
Azerbaijan and Belarus has been approved.
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a
decree on approval of the "Memorandum of Understanding on
cooperation in the field of statistics between the State
Statistical Committee of Azerbaijan and the National Statistical
Committee of Belarus".
The text of the document was published on the official website
of the President of Azerbaijan.
By the decree, the "Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation
in the field of statistics between the State Statistical Committee
of Azerbaijan and the National Statistical Committee of Belarus",
signed in Minsk on June 2, 2026, was approved.
After the entrance of the memorandum of understanding specified
in part 1 of this decree into force, the State Statistical
Committee of Azerbaijan must ensure the implementation of its
provisions.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan must notify the
Government of Belarus of the completion of the internal procedures
necessary for the entry into force of the memorandum of
understanding.
