Tesla CO Elon Musk jokingly asked how much the United Kingdom would cost after responding to a satirical article claiming that the billionaire was planning to buy the country.
Musk made the comment on X in response to a post by The Babylon Bee, which jokingly claimed that he was purchasing the UK to “restore free speech," Caliber.Az reports.
“How much is it?” Musk wrote in response to the article.
Musk previously used the same phrase in 2017 when responding to a joking offer to sell him Twitter. At the time, his response was also considered to be a joke.
