BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 10. State budget
revenues in Azerbaijan reached 23.6 billion manat ($13.9 billion)
from January through July 2026, showing positive dynamics in the
budget's execution.
This was announced in a report published by the Azerbaijan's
Ministry of Finance.
According to the Ministry, over this period, the revenues
exceeded the forecast by 855.9 million manat ($503.5 million), or
3.8%.
In the first 7 months of this year, requests on treasury
operations were processed promptly and accurately in compliance
with legal requirements. Treasury authorities processed more than
748,000 payment orders in a timely manner and fully.
Of the state budget revenues, 11.47 billion manat ($6.75
billion) accounted for the State Tax Service under the Ministry of
Economy, exceeding the forecast by 848.1 million manat ($499.0
million), or 8%.
Receipts through the State Service for State Property Affairs
under the Ministry of Economy amounted to 32.9 million manat ($19.4
million), exceeding the forecast by 5.8 million manat ($3.4
million), or 21.5%.
Other revenues amounted to 427.8 million manat ($251.6 million),
exceeding the forecast by 150.6 million manat ($88.5 million), or
54.4%.
The transfer from the State Oil Fund amounted to 7.49 billion
manat ($4.4 billion), representing 100% execution of the
forecast.
Meanwhile, receipts through the State Customs Committee amounted
to 3.7 billion manat ($2.2 billion), representing 99.9% of the
forecast.
Revenues from paid services provided by organizations financed
from the state budget amounted to 418.1 million manat ($245.9
million), marking 74.1% of the forecast.
The state budget expenditures amounted to 20.17 billion manat
($11.87 billion) from January through July 2026, up 229.8 million
manat ($135.2 million), or 1.2%, compared with the same period last
year.
In this period, consolidated budget revenues amounted to 28.8
billion manat ($16.9 billion), while expenditures totaled 23.7
billion manat ($13.9 billion).
