Moroccan King Mohammed VI has decided to rename the highway linking the cities of Tiznit and Dakhla in honour of US President Donald Trump, according to the MAP news agency.
“Mohammed VI informed the US president of his decision, stating that the Tiznit–Dakhla highway will be named the ‘Donald J. Trump Highway,’” the report said.
The move is intended to recognize the strong bilateral relationship between the two countries and Trump's role in strengthening those ties.
