US President Donald Trump has shared an image on his Truth Social platform portraying Venezuela as the 51st state of the United States.
The graphic shows only the northern portion of South America. While the rest of the continent is shaded in gray, Venezuela is highlighted with the American flag.
Trump captioned the image: “51st state.”
