At least 10 people were injured after a truck bomb exploded near a police station in Cúcuta, authorities said, in an apparent attack in the restive border region.
According to Blu Radio, the explosion occurred in the Norte de Santander department, close to a police facility.
Seven of those wounded are members of the National Police of Colombia, the report said.
Security forces cordoned off the area following the blast, with access roads closed as a precaution.
Police and other security personnel remain at the scene, where investigations are underway to determine the circumstances of the attack.
No group has immediately claimed responsibility.
