Israeli authorities are concerned that US leadership lacks a clear strategy for resolving the conflict with Iran or resuming large-scale military operations.

Israel is also concerned that the United States may seek to limit military operations against Iran due to rising oil prices and dwindling stocks of interceptor missiles available to the US military.


Nevertheless, during his meeting with Trump on July 28, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu assured the American leader that Israel would follow Washington’s foreign policy approach on Iran and support US decisions, according to AP sources.
