Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has recalled Tahir Taghizade from his post as ambassador to Hungary and appointed him as the country's new ambassador to Serbia.
Taghizade had served as Azerbaijan's ambassador to Hungary since July 23, 2021, Caliber.Az reports, citing state media.
The head of state appointed Esmira Jafarova as the country's ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Hungary.
