Azerbaijan international midfielder Anatoly Nuriev has signed with Hungarian club Kisvárda after leaving Azerbaijani Premier League side Zira.
Kisvárda announced the signing on its official website, confirming that the 30-year-old joined the club as a free agent. The club did not disclose the length or financial terms of the contract, Caliber.Az reports per local media.
Nuriev arrives with extensive experience in Azerbaijani football and has represented the national team at the international level.
In a statement, Kisvárda praised the midfielder's qualities, saying his experience, vision and passing ability would strengthen the squad.
"Nuriev can be a great asset to our team thanks to his experience in midfield, his ability to read the game and his productive passes. We wish him every success in his career at Kisvárda," the club said.
