The Iranian Armed Forces have officially confirmed the death of Brigadier General Majid Kazemi, a senior fighter pilot operating a Su-24 strike aircraft, who was killed during a military operation targeting Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar on March 2.
reported that military authorities confirmed the officer's identity and stated that General Kazemi's remains are scheduled to be repatriated to Iran within the coming hours for burial.
