An interagency working group in Kyrgyzstan has identified around 40 companies facing elevated sanctions risks, with their operations potentially subject to restrictions or closure following inspections, the Kyrgyz Economy Ministry has said.
The ministry noted that the activities of three legal entities included in the European Union's 21st sanctions package against Russia have already been terminated since late June, Caliber.Az reports, citing Kyrgyz media.
It also remarked that the license of one cryptocurrency company had been revoked.
Following a government meeting, state agencies were instructed to complete inspections of organisations considered to be at high sanctions risk within one week.
