The Israeli Air Force intercepted an unmanned aerial vehicle near the country's border with Jordan a short while ago, the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) said on Telegram.
According to the military, the drone did not enter Israeli airspace, and its launch point is being investigated.
In line with established procedures, no air raid sirens were activated, the IDF added.
