Georgia's Interior Ministry has detained 10 people during a protest outside the Tbilisi Sakrebulo (City Council).
The demonstrators carried banners containing offensive messages, shouted obscene slogans, disrupted public order and resisted police officers, Caliber.Az reports via Georgian media.
