More than 200 US service members stationed at American bases across the Middle East have been killed since Washington violated the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between Iran and the US in Islamabad, Hossein Mohebbi, a representative of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), claimed.

In an exclusive interview with Tasnim News Agency, Mohebbi firmly dismissed Washington's account of US casualties resulting from the recent attacks on Iran, Caliber.Az reports.

“The American statistics regarding the number of casualties are a sheer lie,” he stated.

According to Mohebbi, Iran targeted eight US troop deployment centers, with a single strike destroying 20 shelters.

Mohebbi claimed that more than 200 US troops were killed in Operation Nasr II — Iran's response to US attacks over the past two weeks — adding that the number of wounded was significantly higher.
