Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who is currently on vacation, held a phone conversation with French President Emmanuel Macron, during which the two leaders discussed the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace process and underscored the importance of achieving a stable and lasting peace.
According to the Armenian government’s press service, the sides also reviewed the agenda of Armenia-France bilateral relations and reaffirmed their mutual commitment to further deepening cooperation.
Pashinyan highlighted the importance of strengthening trade and economic ties, including expanding opportunities for Armenian exports.
The conversation also covered the further development of Armenia-European Union relations, as well as a number of international issues.
