A Romanian Air Force F-16 fighter jet shot down a drone that entered the country's airspace, Romanian President Nicușor Dan has said.
In a post on X, he noted that the area was uninhabited, allowing the pilot to open fire without any risk, Caliber.Az reports.
“Currently, teams from institutions with relevant responsibilities are investigating the area to provide all the details about the incident," Dan wrote.
