FIFA should investigate the actions of Argentina's players after they unfurled a banner supporting the country's claim to the disputed Falkland Islands following their victory over England in the World Cup semi-final, UK Business Secretary Peter Kyle has said.
In an interview with Fox News, he noted that politics should stay out of football, Caliber.Az reports, citing SkyNews.
“That is a very clear principle of the World Cup. But any consequences that come from that is now the decision from FIFA. <…> I think FIFA should be looking into this, absolutely they should," he added.
