SHUSHA, Azerbaijan, July 13. A panel session
titled "The Role of Media Diplomacy and Media Literacy in Restoring
Trust," is being held as part of the 4th Shusha Global Media Forum,
Trend's special
correspondent reports from the event.
The discussion focuses on the role of media diplomacy in
strengthening mutual understanding between countries, countering
disinformation and rebuilding public trust.
Participants are also paying particular attention to improving
media literacy, developing critical thinking, promoting responsible
information consumption and the importance of international
cooperation in addressing information threats.
