Two people were injured after a US airstrike targeted a communications tower in southern Iran’s Kerman province, the province’s Deputy Governor Rahman Jalali said, according to Mehr news agency.
“The attack hit a communications tower located in a mountainous area in the south of Kerman province. As a result, two people were injured.
After rescue services arrived, the injured were evacuated by helicopter to medical facilities, where they are receiving assistance,” Jalali noted.
