New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani marches in his first Pride as mayor, since assuming office, Clash Report says.
Mamdani said his administration has launched a dedicated Office of LGBTQI+ Affairs and a "Trans Rights Are Human Rights" campaign tied to Pride Month.
Mamdani is New York City's first Muslim mayor.
