Azerbaijan’s State Social Protection Fund (SSPF), operating under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, has been honoured with a United Nations award during the UN Public Service Forum held in Tbilisi, Georgia.
The SSPF received the recognition for its “Accessible and Inclusive State Social Protection Services for All” initiative, which was praised by the competition jury and selected among the winning projects, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
The award was presented to SSPF Chairman Zaka Mirzayev.
According to officials, the initiative aims to broaden access to social protection services, promote inclusivity, and leverage digital technologies to enhance the quality and efficiency of service delivery.
The UN Public Service Forum is a leading international platform that brings together policymakers and experts to exchange experience and showcase innovative approaches in public administration, digital governance, and citizen-focused services.
