President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has arrived in Brussels for an official visit, marking a renewed round of high-level engagement between Kazakhstan and the European Union.



Authorities welcomed the Kazakh president at the airport with a ceremonial honour guard, according to reports, Caliber.Az reports via foreign media.


The reception reflected the formal protocol attached to the visit.


EU Special Representative for Central Asia, Ambassador Eduards Stiprais and other European officials greeted Tokayev upon his arrival.


Officials expect the talks to strengthen political dialogue and expand cooperation between Kazakhstan and the EU, with a focus on trade, energy, and regional connectivity.
