The flow of energy resources across the Middle East could be halted if any agreement between Iran and the United States remains unimplemented, Mohammad Mokhber, an adviser to Iran’s Supreme Leader, said.
In a post on X, Mokhber argued that Washington best understands the language of economics and cost-benefit analysis, warning that failure to fully implement any agreement could have serious consequences for regional energy flows.
“If the agreement remains only on paper, the flow of energy resources in the Middle East will be stopped,” he said.
Mokhber also stressed that Iranian negotiators would not be satisfied until all commitments under the agreement are fully fulfilled.
