Russian forces launched missile strikes on targets in Kyiv and Poltava overnight on June 18, according to the Russian Telegram channel RusVesna.


At least four missiles, allegedly fired from Iskander-M short-range ballistic missile systems, hit targets in the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv. Fires were reported in several areas following the strikes.


In Poltava, the channel said six missiles struck designated targets, resulting in a partial power outage across parts of the city.
