Bruce Willis’s wife, Emma Heming Willis, has admitted that she is living in a constant state of grief, Entertainment Weekly reports.

The wife of the Hollywood actor, who suffers from aphasia and frontotemporal dementia, said that she is mourning her husband while he is still alive. Emma also explained that Bruce’s form of illness primarily affects his ability to communicate. She emphasised that dementia is not always associated with memory loss.

“When people say, 'Oh, you know, does he remember who you are?' Well, he does because he doesn't have Alzheimer's; he has FTD,” Heming Willis explained.
