The volume of mutual trade between Azerbaijan and the United States in January–April 2026 amounted to $338,6 million, representing a 26.5% decline compared to the same period in 2025.
According to data from the State Customs Committee, trade with the United States accounted for 1.95% of Azerbaijan’s total trade turnover, placing the country 10th among Azerbaijan’s largest trading partners. In January–April 2025, the US ranked 7th with a share of 2.72%, Caliber.Az reports.
Statistical data shows that Azerbaijani exports to the United States increased by 15.3% over the four-month period, reaching $27.73 million. The export share stood at 0.23%, compared to 0.27% in the same period of 2025.
At the same time, imports from the United States declined by 28.9%, amounting to $310.8 million. The import share was 5.63%, compared to 5.37% in January–April 2025.
