The foreign ministries of Qatar and the United Arab Emirates have issued statements condemning Iranian strikes on the territories of Jordan, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
Both countries said such actions constitute a serious violation of the sovereignty of the affected states and a breach of international law.
Qatar and the UAE also expressed full solidarity with Jordan, Kuwait, and Bahrain, reaffirming their support for regional security and stability across the Gulf.
The latest Iranian attacks stem from escalating tensions following US precision strikes on Iranian radar and air defence sites near the Strait of Hormuz, triggered by the downing of a US military helicopter.
Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) responded by launching drones and missiles at US-linked targets, including the Al-Azraq airbase in Jordan, the Ali Al-Salem base in Kuwait, and the US Fifth Fleet headquarters in Bahrain.
Most incoming threats were intercepted by air defences with limited reported damage, though the strikes heightened regional alarms and prompted condemnations from Gulf states.
