Russian drone attacks overnight struck multiple regions of Ukraine, including Odesa, Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia, leaving civilians injured and residential buildings damaged, Ukrainian authorities confirmed.
In Odesa, the State Emergency Service (SES) reported damage to two residential buildings and several injuries.
“In an 18-storey building, part of a drone fell onto the balcony of an apartment on the 11th floor — fortunately, without detonation or fire. The external wall of the balcony was destroyed, property was damaged, as well as windows and the façade. At another address, in an 8-storey residential building, a fire broke out in an apartment on the 5th floor and the external wall of the balcony was partially destroyed. Unfortunately, three people were injured, including two children, who suffered acute stress reactions. SES psychologists provided psychological support to residents of the buildings,” the statement said.
