A woman has been killed, and two other people injured in a Russian attack in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Ukraine’s State Emergency Service said.
Emergency responders reported that the strike caused damage to a business facility, a petrol station, residential apartment buildings and private homes, as well as multiple vehicles.
