China, on June 1, carried out a successful space launch of the Long March-12B Y1 carrier rocket from the Dongfeng commercial space innovation pilot zone in northwest China.


The rocket lifted off at 4:40 p.m. Beijing Time, deploying a cluster of networking satellites for the Qianfan Constellation into their designated orbital positions, Caliber.Az reports, citing Xinhua.


The mission was officially declared a full success.


This flight marked the inaugural launch of the Long March-12B rocket and represented the 647th mission in the Long March carrier rocket series.
