A total of 28 vessels, including oil tankers and container ships, passed through the Strait of Hormuz over the past 24 hours, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said in its Telegram channel.
All of the ships received authorization and transited under coordination and security provided by the IRGC naval forces.
The statement emphasized that coordination with Iranian authorities is a mandatory condition for passage through the strait.
