Iranian short-range air defence systems AD-08 Majid were seen during a military parade rehearsal in Yerevan, according to Clash Report.
If confirmed, Armenia could become the first known foreign operator of this air defence system.
According to preliminary information, the systems may have been delivered as part of a possible secret arms deal between Iran and Armenia, reportedly concluded in July 2024 and estimated to be worth around $500 million.
