Armenia’s Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan has said the country’s growing cooperation with the European Union and the United States is not aimed against Russia, amid ongoing geopolitical sensitivities in the region.

Mirzoyan stressed that Yerevan remains open to dialogue to address any misunderstandings, Caliber.Az reports, citing Armenian media.

“We are, as we were yesterday and as we are today, ready through constructive and healthy discussions to overcome all misunderstandings and any real problems,” he said.

“Our cooperation with any country is not directed against any third country. Armenia–US and Armenia–EU cooperation is not directed against Russia.”
