"Dear Ilham Heydar oglu,
Dear brother,
It gives me great pleasure to extend my heartfelt
congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency and the
brotherly people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of your country’s
national holiday – Independence Day.
I would particularly like to note that under your wise
leadership, Azerbaijan is successfully carrying out important
transformations and large-scale reforms across all spheres, while
the welfare and living standards of the people continue to improve
and extensive construction and development projects are being
implemented throughout the regions.
Recently, at your initiative, the 13th Session of the World
Urban Forum was organized at the highest level in the beautiful and
unique city of Baku. This stands as another vivid example of
Azerbaijan’s steadily growing authority and position on the
international stage.
Of course, we are highly satisfied with the rapid development of
cooperation between our two countries in political, trade-economic,
cultural, humanitarian, and other priority areas, as well as with
the elevation of our strategic partnership and alliance to an
entirely new level in recent years thanks to our joint and
determined efforts.
I am confident that the full implementation of the important
agreements reached during our regular and productive meetings and
dialogue will further strengthen our multifaceted ties.
Dear Ilham Heydar oglu, taking this pleasant opportunity, I wish
you long life, robust health, family happiness, and continued
success in your highly responsible state activities, and I wish the
brotherly people of Azerbaijan lasting well-being, prosperity, and
progress," the letter reads.
