BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 25. President of the
Republic of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, sent a congratulatory
letter to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev,

people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of your country’s national
