Iran’s nationwide internet blackout has entered its 13th week, according to internet monitoring organisation NetBlocks, which said the disruption has now surpassed 2,016 hours of digital isolation.

“Network data show #Iran's internet blackout is entering its 13th week after surpassing 2016 hours of digital isolation from the outside world,” NetBlocks said in a statement, Caliber.Az reports.

The group added that “daily life for most Iranians is now shaped by the loss of opportunities and access to information others can reach in seconds.”
