Russian strikes on the Kherson region have resulted in civilian casualties and damage to residential and social infrastructure, according to regional authorities.


The head of the regional administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported that one person was killed and 20 others were injured in the attacks.


“Russian forces struck social infrastructure and residential neighbourhoods of settlements in the region, in particular damaging 8 private houses. Russian troops also mutilated a church and private vehicles,” Prokudin said. “As a result of Russian aggression, 1 person was killed, and another 20 were injured. Yesterday, 4 people were evacuated from liberated communities of the region.”
