The global community should consolidate efforts to build the cities of the future, Mustapha Njie, CEO of TAF Africa Global, has stated.

Speaking during the panel session held on the margins of the 13th World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku, Njie emphasized the need for collective action in addressing global urban challenges, Caliber.Az reports via local media.

“The global community of builders and investors must unite their resources and expertise to overcome the housing crisis in the Global South. The challenges associated with urbanization, infrastructure shortages, and climate vulnerability are too large in scale to be addressed individually. When we build together and demonstrate that public-private partnerships can not only exist but also thrive in the Global South, we are not just building cities — we are shaping the future,” Njie said.

TAF Africa Global is a leading African real estate and construction company specializing in the development of affordable and modern housing across the continent.
