Internet monitoring group NetBlocks reported on April 29 that the nationwide internet shutdown in Iran has continued for the 61st day, amounting to more than 1,400 hours without access to the network.
“It's now day 61 of Iran's internet blackout as the nation-scale censorship measure surpasses 1440 hours.
As the shutdown continues in its third month, Iran's digital environment is more tightly controlled than ever with all communication channels restricted and monitored,” the group noted.
